Thompson River Pediatrics in Johnstown, CO was founded by best friends Dr. Ashlea Franques and Amber Griffin with a shared vision: to create a personalized, meaningful healthcare experience for every patient. Our pediatricians and staff take an integrated approach to care, blending medical and behavioral health services within a safe and familiar environment. We provide a full range of services including well child visits, urgent care issues, routine youth sports physicals, ADHD evaluations, and more. Insurance

Thompson River Pediatrics accepts most major insurance carriers, including Colorado Medicaid. To ensure your plan is in-network, we recommend confirming with your insurance provider, as some plans may have restricted networks.  Please bring your insurance card to your visit. If we file your claim, you’ll only need to pay your co-pay at the time of service. However, if we are out-of-network, do not file with your insurance, or if you are uninsured, you may be responsible for the full cost of your visit at the time of service.

ADHD/ADD Evaluations

ADHD affects almost 10% of US children between the ages of 12 and 17 and is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. Common symptoms include trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors, or being overly active. The pediatricians at Thompson River Pediatrics are experienced in evaluating, diagnosing, and determining the best course of treatment for a child with ADHD and ADD.
