Carole Way is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Growing up in the small town of Windsor she knew from a young age she wanted to work in medicine and pursued her undergraduate and graduate degrees locally at the University of Northern Colorado. As a registered nurse she worked in many various environments including Pediatric Primary Care, Pediatrics Plus at PVH, Employee health and safety and School nursing.

After 13 years as a nurse, she wanted to further her scope and impact, so as a new Mom herself, pursued her graduate degree in nursing. As an FNP she has continued to work in the vast field of medicine, including Adult Integrated Primary Care and Urgent Care, the UNC student health center, and Allergy and Asthma specialty practice.

Although she enjoyed working with all age groups, she kept coming back to her love of children specifically and helping them and their families grow and develop. She joined TRP in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic and has loved being part of this amazing team.

When Carole is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, scrapbooking/crafting with her daughter, and dreaming about relaxing on warm beaches.
